These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Korobela Travel. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


 

Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A deposit is required to secure any booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Full payment must be made by the agreed deadline. Failure to do so may result in cancellation with penalties.

 


 

Prices & Availability

 

 

  • Prices are subject to change due to airline fares, availability, exchange rates, or supplier pricing.

  • Quoted prices are only guaranteed once payment has been made and confirmation issued.

 


 

Cancellations

 

 

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancellation fees are determined by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

  • Any refundable amount will exclude the non-refundable deposit and applicable supplier penalties.

 


 

Changes & Amendments

 

 

  • Requests for changes are subject to availability and supplier rules.

  • Additional charges may apply.

  • The original deposit remains non-refundable even if changes are made.

 


 

Travel Documents

 

 

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, permits, and required vaccinations.

  • Korobela Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to incorrect or incomplete documentation.

 


 

Third-Party Suppliers

 

 

  • We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, service failures, or losses caused by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.

 


 

Travel Insurance

 

 

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, loss of baggage, and unforeseen events.

 


 

Force Majeure

 


We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or airline operational issues.


 

Limitation of Liability

 


Korobela Travel shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from travel arrangements, except where required by law.


 

Privacy

 


Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for booking and service purposes.


 

Governing Law

 


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.


By confirming a booking with Korobela Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
