Deposits

 


All bookings require a deposit to secure reservations.

👉 Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellations, no-shows, personal reasons, visa denials, or changes in travel plans.


 

Cancellations

 

 

  • Any cancellation must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, tour operators, and third-party service providers.

  • Cancellation fees imposed by suppliers will be deducted from any refundable amount.

 


 

Refund Eligibility

 

 

  • Refunds apply only to amounts paid above the non-refundable deposit, and only if suppliers allow refunds.

  • Some bookings (such as promotional fares, special deals, or last-minute bookings) may be 100% non-refundable.

 


 

Processing Time

 


Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days, depending on supplier response times and banking procedures.


 

Changes & Amendments

 


Changes to bookings may incur additional charges and are subject to availability and supplier rules. The original deposit remains non-refundable.


 

Force Majeure

 


We are not responsible for refunds resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, airline strikes, government restrictions, or pandemics.
